First Team Debut for Relja Obrić at the Meazza

The iconic Stadio Giuseppe Meazza provided the stage for Relja Obrić's senior First Team debut. The 2006-born Slovenian defender came on after 20 minutes to replace the injured Kolašinac, taking up a position on the left side of Atalanta's three-man defence.

Relja joined Atalanta from Partizan Belgrade in January 2023 and, after impressing in the Nerazzurri youth ranks, gained valuable experience with the Under-23s, making 54 appearances across the league and Coppa Italia Serie C over the past two seasons.

Sunday's match against Milan marked Obrić's Serie A debut, as another product of the Atalanta Academy fulfilled his dream of making his First Team bow.
