"Camminata Nerazzurra" 2025: kick-off is set for June 1st

A firmly established tradition makes its much-anticipated return right on cue: the 16th edition of the "Camminata Nerazzurra" was unveiled this morning, with Atalanta midfielder Marten de Roon as its official ambassador.

And it was De Roon himself who put his stamp, or rather signature, on the official 2025 event shirt, which will be handed out to all participants upon enrollment and is set to become another treasured item for all long-time supporters of this pivotal initiative.

On the morning of Sunday 1st June, the black-and-blue tide will take over the streets of Bergamo once again: with "kick-off" set for 08:45 CEST, the collective departure will hit the ground running (quite literally) for one of the most striking highlights of the event, which is once again being staged by the Centro Coordinamento Club Amici dell'Atalanta, chaired by President Marino Lazzarini.

As the crowd pours beneath the inflatable arch marking the start of the non-competitive walk, it will make for a striking vista as the Nerazzurro wave prepares to wind its way through the Sentierone and the spread joyful through the city with thousands of participants, poised to take on one of the 6, 10 or 17- kilometre route (each at their own pace) weaving through the streets off both Città Alta and Città Bassa, with refreshment stations along all paths.

Also attending the presentation of the 16th "Camminata Nerazzurra" was Atalanta's Corporate General Director Andrea Fabris.
