Academy: the "Attività Agonistica" framework for the 2025/26 season

From the Primavera to the U14s, the full technical roster has been announced

The 2025/26 season has officially kicked off for the Youth Sector, with Roberto Samaden confirmed at the helm. The management team has also been confirmed, with Giancarlo Finardi serving as Deputy Head, Alex Pinardi as Technical Director of the "Attività Agonistica" (Competitive Activities), Gianpaolo Bellini as Deputy Technical Director of "Attività Agonistica" for the Youth Teams, and Stefano Bonaccorso as Technical Director of "Attività Pre-Agonistica" (Grassroots Football and Pre-Competitive Activities).

The coaching staff for the competitive squads has also been finalised. Giovanni Bosi will once again helm the Primavera side -with Marco Zanchi reprising his role as assistant coach -, while Tiziano Polenghi takes charge of the Under-18s, building on the foundation laid last season with the 2008-born group. Meanwhile, Stefano Lorenzi remains within the Youth Sector setup, taking on the role of technical coach with a specific focus on defensive development. New appointments include Luca Bellinghieri (Bergamasco born and bred boasting a past as a player in the Nerazzurri Academy) as head coach of the Under-17s side, joining Atalanta following his previous stint at the helm of Brescia's Primavera, and Silvio Tribuzio, taking charge of the Nerazzurri's U16s after his role at the helm of Cremonese's U17s. Alfonso Esposito is confirmed as head coach of the Under-15s instead.

As for the Pre-Agonistica sides, a new addition sees former Atalanta Academy and First Team player Alessio Manzoni take charge of the Under-14s joining from Pergolettese.
