NOTE FROM THE PUBLIC SECURITY AUTHORITIES OF DORTMUND
In Germany, it is strictly prohibited to carry and ignite pyrotechnic items of any kind. This ban applies not only inside the stadium, but also in all public areas. Violation of this regulation will inevitably result in legal consequences and, normally, also a stadium ban.

Some stewards are equipped with a so-called 'body flag'. This is used to support paramedics in the event of a medical emergency in the standing areas and in the away sector.
