With a dominant display, Atalanta tore through Juventus at the Allianz Stadium, securing a commanding 4-0 landslide in the 2024/25 Serie A Enilive MD28. Rocketing up the standings, the Nerazzurri have reached 58 points.

The Nerazzurri got off to a good start, threatening through Zappacosta and then Lookman in the opening minutes, before breaking the deadlock on 29 minutes when Djimsiti headed Éderson's pull-back onto the arm of McKennie and the referee awarded Atalanta a penalty, which Retegui converted perfectly. De Roon also went close in the 38th minute, firing a long-range effort inches wide after intercepting the ball in the Juventus box. In the dying minutes of the first half, the Nerazzurri almost doubled their lead in stoppage time when Lookman's 46th-minute effort was tipped onto the post, the Bianconeri defenders denied Zappacosta and our number 11, Di Gregorio made a fine save to deny our number 77 on 47 minutes, and Éderson fired the rebound inches wide.

The second half kicked off with a bang as Atalanta went out of the gates guns blazing: Lookman forced a strong save from Di Gregorio before de Roon seized the rebound and followed up firing a banger into the top corner to double the Nerazzurri's lead. Minute 66 and in style came Atalanta's third of the game at the end of a lightning-fast counterattack: A slick backheel assist from Kolašinac set up Zappacosta, who cleaved the ball into the bottom corner. At the 77th minute, Lookman picked up the ball on the halfway line and made no mistake, burying it past Di Gregorio for a resounding 4-0. In the dying moments, Carnesecchi kept the clean sheet intact with a fantastic save on McKennie.
