It was a very convincing performance from the Atalanta For Special senior team, who managed to impose their game on SPAL Filippide from the very beginning.Hitting the ground running, the Nerazzurri took a four-goal lead after just seven minutes through Probo (two goals), Virgillito and Cordoso.

The second half opened with Masserini's double, underlining the fact that the match was a one-sided game, despite the Nerazzurri making six substitutions. After an attempt at a comeback by Spal, who managed to score three goals, a magnificent hat-trick by Marco Campo put the game to bed with a final score of 9-3 for the Nerazzurri, proof of Atalanta's maturity.

DCPS Championship 4th level
CAGLIARI TIKITIKI A 0-4 ATALANTA FOR SPECIAL - Atalanta goals scored by Gianluca Testa (brace), Andrea Arrigoni and Raffaele Moreni.

Following in the steps of their more seasoned counterparts, Atalanta for Special didn’t shy away from laying all their cards on the table to trounce Cagliari with an eye-catching performance, a piece de resistance of determination and selflessness in equal parts. After nearing the lead twice, the game changer came through the boots of Gianluca Testa, the one-man-army who broke the deadlock and doubled it in a matter of minutes with his lightning solo feats. Flying in the face of the double deficit, Cagliari spared no time and snowed Atalanta under plenty of goal chances in an attempt to find a chink in the black-and-blue armour, with the Nerazzurri giving tit for tat through quick counters through the openings left by the opposition.

With counter-attack being the name of the game for the second half, the Junior Nerazzurri proved themselves a cut above the competition and capitalized through Arrigoni who, upon completing a give and go with Al Fahran Youssef, sent the ball soaring into the net with a powerful left-footer to pull Atalanta further ahead before Moreni made the score 0-4 with his first league goal of the season.
