Youth teams in action on Thursday 17/4
While waiting for the Primavera's Saturday clash, the rest of the youth sides hit the road on Thursday, all in action away from home.
The U-15s (in the cover picture) capped off the regular season with a 2-0 away win over Hellas Verona, thanks to goals from Cappellato and El Hafid and secured their place in the Round of 16 as the third-best team overall. Likewise winners in Verona, 2-1 in their case, the U16s wrapped up commitments on a high after imposing themselves over the Scaligiers thanks to Berrima and Amalfitano (penalty). Also finishing strong, the U17s sealed the deal with a 5-1 walkover away at Brescia (on target for the Nerazzurri, a double Ciapini, and single goals from Camara - penalty - and Marrone).
The U18s still have a few hurdles to clear before the regular season finale: in the meantime, the Nerazzurri hit the road to face Genoa and came away with a 1-1 draw, with Aliprandi getting his name on the scoresheet.
Our women's teams will compete in Easter tournaments in the coming days.
