How our Academy sides fared this WE
The Nerazzurri Youth Academy's weekend saw the Primavera secure a 2-0 away win at Genoa thanks to Comi and a spot-kick goal from Simonetto. While the U17s trailed 2-1 on the road at the hands of Udinese, with Olijars finding the net and the Under-18s fell 0-2 short today at the Centro Bortolotti against Empoli, the U16s claimed a 1-0 triumph over Cagliari courtesy of Fugazzola's winning goal (with the match-winner featuring the cover photo) and the Under-15s came from behind to overturn the Casteddu side and run out 3-1 winners with single goals from Kane, Cappellato and Torrente.
Moving on to our Women's sides' Interregional Phase MD4 commitments, the U17s won 4-2 against Cremonese on Sunday thanks to a brace from Saccomandi and solo blows from Scandella and Farina. Lastly, the U15s were bested 0-2 by Milan at the Centro Bortolotti.
