His black-and-blue adventure as Head of the Youth Academy ends after 9 years
Atalanta B.C. would like to bid farewell and thank Maurizio Costanzi, whose long professional career as Head of the black-and-blue Youth Academy ends today after nine years of intense and successful collaboration.
Chosen by the Club back in 2014, he became Mino Favini's successor at the helm of Atalanta's youth academy, succeeding in carrying on his predecessor's excellent work with dedication and professionalism, as witnessed by the results achieved under his management: four league titles (two with the Primavera, one with the U17s and one with the U15s) and three Super Cups (two with the Primavera and one with the U17s).
In full compliance with the Club's guidelines, both on a sporting and ethical level, he significantly contributed to the development and growth of many young players who then became professional footballers, playing in the First Team and establishing themselves at high levels.
