A new meeting, the ninth to be exact, of 'La Scuola allo Stadio' was held today: the Gewiss Stadium once again opened its doors to this important initiative dear to the club and which is reserved for boys and girls from primary and secondary schools.
In addition to providing an exclusive walkabout of Atalanta's 'home', the "La Scuola allo Stadio" project, currently in its 22nd edition, is a socio-educational project that allows the attending students to delve into key topics such as good practices, healthy lifestyles, prevention against bullying and cyber-bullying, environmental sustainability education.
As the closing high of the visit, the students invited for the event had the chance to hold a meet-and-greet with Atalanta U18s midfielder Oleksandr Dragan.
Students from the middle schools of Seriate, Mapello and San Pellegrino took part in the ninth get-together of the season.
For the occasion, the nearly 190 pupils in attendance were joined by 30 Erasmus students from all over the world, enrolled in the medical courses of the Bicocca University of Milan and the engineering and tourism courses of the University of Bergamo. The delegation of students has been accompanied by Davide Viscardi, vice-president, Erasmus and events manager of AEGEE-Bergamo, an association that promotes cooperation, communication and integration for international students in the city of Bergamo, trying to bring them closer to the European context as well.
The tenth and last session of "La Scuola allo Stadio" edition number 22 will take place on Friday 28 March.
