Mateo Retegui seals transfer to Saudi Arabia

Signed from Genoa in early August 2024, Mateo Retegui quickly found his stride at Atalanta and in Bergamo, delivering the best season of his career both on the scoresheet and across the pitch. After a standout year, he has decided to embark on a new professional challenge by joining Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah, to whom Atalanta BC have transferred the sporting rights of the 26-year-old Italo-Argentinian striker on a permanent basis.
