Arrigoni on target for the Nerazzurri

With hosting side Stuttgart imposing themselves 4-1 at home, Atalanta saw their winning streak in the 2024/25 UEFA Youth League come to its end at the Gazi-Stadion der Waldau.

Match Report

Off to a bumpy start, the first half saw the Nerazzurri trail 2-0 right after the 20-minute mark as the hosts broke the deadlock through Tsigkas in the 9th before doubling on 21 minutes with Bujupi. Things festered even further in the closing third of the first fraction, when not only was Pardel sent off in the 27th due to a foul on the backline but Boakye also scored the third in on 42 minutes.

As for the second half, while Atalanta pulled one back in the 57th through Arrigoni, who prodded the ball in from point-blank range, the hosts eventually killed the match off on 74 minutes with Bujupi's second of the game.
